My name is Justus and I am a small hobby preservation breeder of Sphynx. Kalos Sphynx is located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.

Our mission here is to produce beautiful, healthy, and happy companions as well as structurally sound and correct cats in order to preserve the breeds type. Through careful selection and health testing, we hope to contribute to the betterment of the Sphynx breed as a whole. We are a TICA registered cattery and we adhere to the breeds written standard in our breeding.

Here at Kalos Sphynx, We scan our cats for HCM annually by a board certified cardiologist. We DNA test with Optimal Selection for over 40 various types of genetic diseases as well as blood type and diversity. We also use the NCSU Sphynx HCM DNA tests. Our cats live in our home as part of the family. Our kittens are well socialized and vetted before they leave our home ( at around 14-16 weeks )

We do NOT breed or support the breeding of mutations such as bambino or elf.

Through intense study and careful selection, the goal here at Kalos is always to produce a better cat in every generation. We also exhibit our cats at TICA shows when we can. Thank you for visiting our page and please reach out with any questions or inquiries!
